Vagabond, la serie tv sud coreana distribuita da Netflix, e che ha riscosso tantissimo successo in tutto il mondo è giunta al termine. 16 episodi hanno accompagnato i fan per diversi mesi, raccontando un’incredibile storia piena di spunti e messaggi positivi. Anche se a primo impatto sembrerebbe un Drama cupo, in cui tutto è nero e senza uno spiraglio di luce e giustizia, nel corso delle puntate emergono valori importanti che cambiano la visione negativa trasformando questa serie in un prodotto che incentiva le persone a pretendere sempre la giustizia, anche se chi ti va contro è chi dovrebbe garantirla.
Trama
Cha Dal-geon (Lee Seung-gi) è un giovane stuntman che si occupa del nipotino rimasto orfano. Nonostante nei modi possa apparire rude, Dal-geon ama profondamente quel bambino, e si sente in colpa perchè vorrebbe avere più soldi per potergli garantire un’infanzia normale. A cambiare profondamente la vita del protagonista è un guasto aereo su un volo diretto in Marocco, dove perdono la vita moltissime persone, tra cui proprio suo nipote. Questo evento sconvolge notevolmente il giovane stuntman, che non convinto si tratti di un seplice guasto, inizia a indagare, scontrandosi con la figura forte di Go Hae-ri (Bae Suzy). La giovane ragazza lavora nei servizi segreti, e dopo alcuni momenti di incertezza, decide di fidarsi di Dal-geon e di aiutarlo nella sua impresa: scoprire la verità.
Recensione
Giudicata da molti come uno dei prodotti più validi del genere distribuiti da Netflix, Vagabond è un drama coreano politico, in cui i poteri forti della Casa Blu si scontrano con i cittadini che vorrebbero soltanto giustizia. Una storia a tratti davvero triste, dove emerge la corruzione degli organi preposti alla sicurezza della Nazione, ma anche un racconto di speranza, di amicizia ed amore. La serie tv è un buon prodotto, sia per quanto riguarda gli effetti speciali, sia per la bravuta degli attori nel raccontare avvenimenti così dolorosi. Il drama è stato girato tra Seoul e il Marocco, rendendo le scene ancor più interessanti visivamente. A mio avviso, l’episodio che rende questo un progetto davvero degno di tutte le lusinghe ricevute negli ultimi mesi, è senz’altro il dodicesimo. La scena finale di quell’episodio segna un netto confine tra il bene e il male, tra le persone corrotte e chi invece lotta ancora per la giustizia.
È difficile trovare un drama coreano carente sulla trama, poichè questo genere si basa molto sulla potenza di essa e sulla descrizione molto dettagliata dei personaggi. Quindi, quando ci si interfaccia con un prodotto di questo genere, si è già sicuri che da questo punto di vista non ci saranno gravi errori. Vagabond è un drama che rende giustizia al genere, dove gli attori sono descritti in maniera perfetta e i loro personaggi sono continuamente in evoluzione. Voto: 8
